Blu Ocean Teams started as a coach's clipboard. Tim Haas wanted to know how each player saw their own game and their own habits, so he asked them. Then he built the spreadsheets to turn the answers into something a coach could sit down with. Then he did it for every player, by hand, twice a season.
The platform replaces the spreadsheets. The idea does not change: an athlete's own view, a coach's honest view, and one focus they agree on together.
We are a small team. We build skill surveys with head coaches, not around them. We price for booster clubs. And we treat athlete data the way you would want your own kid's treated.
Athletes are never ranked against teammates. Teams are never ranked against teams.
Your school owns its data. We use only anonymous totals, and only with permission.
We do not promise wins, scholarships, or grades. We promise a clearer conversation.
If a feature adds work for a coach without making a conversation better, we do not build it.
